<p>Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is a method that can be applied in order to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Science subjects can contribute to ESD through integrating ESD competencies in science topics. This research aims to determine the implementation of an ESD-oriented virtual laboratory in science learning at junior high school level in Pidie Regency. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire distributed directly to junior high school science teachers. Based on the questionnaire, the percentage of ESD implementation using virtual laboratories in science learning carried out by teachers is 25%. The implementation of ESD-oriented virtual laboratories in science learning is mostly integrated into the topics of temperature and heat. <p>This study aims to determine Analysis of Demand Meat Broiler in Market District of Sigli Pidie. This research method is quantitative explain the causal relationship between the independent variable effort that traders Broiler in Pante Teungoh Traditional Pante Teungoh District of Pidie. Research was conducted during 2 months in april to June 2024, which Traditional market pante teungoh District of Pidie. Total Sample 30 people Traders broiler chicken. Sampling technique Sensius Test entire population becomes Sample Sample So Totaling 30 People used is Simple Random Sampling. The results of this research note that 1). The level of demand for broiler meat on religious holidays (Eid) more demand compared on a normal day 2). <p>Leaders who have good working relationships with school residents can improve the quality and quality of teaching in schools. The method of writing this article uses a literature approach or literature study by searching for various research articles from scientists in 2018-2023 using google scholar. The literature search focused on the first keyword "Digital Literacy of School Principals" obtained 8,110 articles. The research results obtained from each journal and article can show that Suggestions containing research results using literature reviews where the digital literacy is an essential skill for principals in this digital era. With good digital literacy, principals can improve management efficiency, support learning innovation, develop teacher professionalism, and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the school community. <p>The aim of this paper is to identify variables that influence the efficiency of Indonesian language learning. The library research method is applied in the writing process. Based on the discussion, behaviorism and cognitivism are two categories of learning theories that influence other learning theories. These two theories suggest that for language learning activities to be effective, they must involve experience combined with stimuli to obtain a response and provide reinforcement in the form of rewards. The award being considered does not have to be in the form of an actual item. Meanwhile, because they can see and hear, humans can learn for themselves, according to cognitivism theory.
